TECHPLATE, INC. has been refinishing firearms for over 31 years at the same location. We are a job shop specializing in tooling, precision components and firearms.

We have been privileged over the years to have such customers as Will's Gunsmithing, Wilsons, Smith&Wesson Performance Center, Pachmyer, Tussey Custom, RD Burns, Arotek, Kodiak, and the list goes on with many fine shooters as well.

We offer a variety of finishes including: Hard Chrome (matte, brush & polished); Parkerizing (black & gray); Bluing (polished & satin); Bluing on Stainless; Teflon; Gold; Silver; Electroless Nickel; Bright Nickel; Hard Black Anodizing (aluminum AR Receivers Top & Bottom); Regular Anodizing & Polymer Coatings. As well as Masking; Bead Blasting & Polishing. Please let us show you what we can do for you. Our Beta program is Titanium Nitride on Glock Slides.

Dip Only Bluing: All parts received in a ready-to-blue condition will be charged at 50% of the above prices & processed on a best effort basis. Your work order must say "Dip Only Bluing". No other discounts apply. Void where prohibited.

DETAILS All gun parts received are counted and compared to customer's count. Without your count to compare to we accept no responsibility for parts quantity. Our receiving inspection department documents a description of your firearm's condition. Customers are notified of conditions beyond the acceptable tolerance of TechPlate. This is especially important when you might think the plating will hide flaws. All plated components are baked to relieve hydrogen embrittlement; because, contrary to marketing propaganda, all electroplated parts are subject to this phenomenon. This service is provided for in the above prices. By special request all pistols and revolvers which have been hard chrome plated may be coated on the interiors surfaces with zinc phosphate to provide corrosion protection. Please note in all cases minimum prices may apply: Minimum Price List. As usual, prices are subject to change without notice.
